- Our pet fee is a one time, non-refundable amount of $300 for one pet, $500 for two pets.
- Pet rent is $25 per month for the 1st pet and $10 per month for each additional pet.
- All pets are required to be registered within our Pet DNA screening upon arrival.
- We allow up to two (2) pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply; call for more details.
